Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of masedigitalsolutions.com (the “website”), operated by M&S Digital Solutions, a business registered in Ghana (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. About the website
The website provides general information about M&S Digital Solutions, our products and our capabilities, and lets you send us an enquiry. It is not an offer to contract. Any services we provide to you will be governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Our products
The website describes products that are at different stages: some are live, some are in a closed pilot, and some are in development. We state each product’s status as accurately as we can, but statuses and features change. A feature described as planned, in development or in pilot is not available to the public and is not a commitment to deliver it by any date. Each product has its own terms of service and privacy notice, which apply when you use that product.
DigiD Ghana is an independent M&S Digital Solutions initiative. It is not owned, operated, authorised or endorsed by the Government of Ghana or the National Identification Authority.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems; probe, scan or test its security without our written permission; send malware, spam or unlawful, abusive or misleading content through the contact form; use automated tools to submit the form or to scrape the website in a way that disrupts it; or use the website in breach of any law.
4. Enquiries
When you send an enquiry you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a duty on us to reply.
5. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text and the M&S Digital Solutions name and logo are owned by us or our licensors. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt or reuse our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. Some images and video on this website are licensed from third parties and remain the property of their creators; they do not depict M&S Digital Solutions staff, offices, customers or clients.
6. Third-party links
The website links to our product sites and may link to other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites outside our own products, and a link is not an endorsement.
7. Availability
We try to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that it is free from errors. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we make no warranties about it beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you other rights.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
